Q: Will this fit a Gladiator?

I don't honestly don't know, but what I would say is the one I ordered was slightly bent and doesn't fit exactly. I will be replacing to get one that fits correctly. Try a different manufacturer. Concept is brilliant but production was not.

Q: What are the white wires for? Ground?

Red wire of course is your main power source. The white wires run power to whatever you are hooking up. Say rock lights, you should have a white and black wire. Connect white to white and black to ground.
