Broke my big toe and damaged the nail. Needed to keep it dry while it healed. After unsuccessfully using various things like sandwich bags, I tried these .... perfect! Rolls right on, seals 100% water tight on my big toe, doesn't put much pressure on the nail, and easy to remove (can cut if necessary). Made my busted toe experience less painful.

Re sizes: I wear a size 8 glove. I first ordered a size L cot. They fit on my fingers but were too tight for my thumb. The size XL fit my thumb.

The ones I was just shipped are marked XL - but these finger covers are pinky sized, fit tightly on any other finger, but will barely stretch to cover an adult thumb. If you're looking to protect an injured or healing thumb, look else where.UPDATE - With a bit of stretching these can be made to fit the thumb, I have raised my rating

The sizes for these are very different than others I've used. I'm an XL in a couple other brands, but the XL here is comically oversized. I couldn't find the actual fit dimensions for these anywhere, but I naively assumed that finger cots should be a relatively uniform size across brands. Wrong. What a huge waste of money. Back to wrapping my fingers up in bandaids like a mummy until I can get another batch of cots delivered from another brand. I should have known that them not providing the fit measurements was shady, but now knowing there's nothing I can do about it has convinced me that this company makes money off of 1-way sales from unsuspecting customers.

Too big. Won't stay on

I ordered this item and did not realize there was a no return policy and they are too large for me to use soI am stuck with an item I can't retrun and will not be able to use.

I tried different brands to try to find one that wasn't too loose and slide off or too tight and make a deep circular ring around my fingers. This one was perfect.I mainly use these to keep bandaids from falling off or getting wet during the day. I was even able to take a shower and keep my bandaids dry.Some others are also too thin and rip easily but this one could withstand the whole day's activities without breaking.This Dukal Tech-Med finger cot is now my brand.
