Does this contain teflon?

This is the answer Green Life has on their FAQs: Is your coating PTFE/Teflon? Nope. We don’t need it. Our coating starts with sand. We don’t need plastic.

The most recent reviews for this seem to be SO negative so please tell me, is this set worth it?

I’m about to order this set right now (Christmas 2021) With that being said, I’m replacing a set that I had for 5yrs and they are completely destroyed! However, for the first 3yrs this product was amazing, I actually had friends who loved mine so much they ordered their own even. But then two years ago I got married and regardless of how many times I asked her not to use knives instead of cookware, or how many times I hid the metal grill tongs from her, she’d find them and use them in these pots and pans destroying the cooking surface. My advice, my experience, respect your cookware and it will always treat you right! Seriously, 90% of cookware is not made to cut or stab things in them. Unless you have cast iron don’t!

Made in China, but they have the Best reviews. GreenLife Set is on the Top 20 List for Cook Wear... I've had the Blue Set for 6 months now, and are still brand New, I use them everyday.
