I am using Madhunashini 2 tab twice a day along with this I am also taking Sri Sri tatva Nishamalki 2 tab twice. Combination of these tablet results is awesome. Now my HbAC1 is close to normal range.

If you are looking for something sudden this product is not for you. You have to consume it for 8 to 10mnths to see the change. Taste is as all Ayurveda medicine does not good to eat but if that helps why not to go for it.I would suggest take 2 tablets morning 2 night for 4mnths to see if it helps.
