These do help me with the bridge of my nose pain

The type of material, feels like rubber, that is used sticks enough to keep the glasses in place but won’t pull hair any more than a rubber band would. They don’t get caught in the hair.

Q: I have plastic frames. The opening of the temple arms is almost 1/2 inch. Can these go through an opening that large?

I believe because of what the material is made out of, it can stretch out to 1/2 inch you are asking about. Also I bought the material prior and tested it out too, so yea.

Yes but they are not of different sizes. They were way too big for my glasses
