Q: Installed all new filters. no water flowing from ro filter clean side. continuous flow to drain. was working good for 6 months. what is the cause?

Hi Chris , you may have to change the filter. I had the same problem here because of a lot of calcification ,poor water quality so to prevent short filter life I install a pre filter before the reverse osmosis unit. hope that be of help to you.

Q: Does this unit come with a auto shut off valve?

No! The main input line does not have a high-flow auto shutoff. The line is controlled by a manual shutoff from the pre-existing cold water line.

Q: Where can i find the replacement filter ?

If not Amazon, try Home Depot. That is where we found our original filter. This Amazon one was a replacement for that one, which cost the same as the original, but came with a set of replacement filters! Same price, for a far better deal.

Q: Can this be switched between treated and untreated? I only need drinking and cooking water to be treated.

No. This is a separate (included) faucet that provides the filtered water. Your normal sink faucet will continue to work as it is now.
