Q: There seem to be very few 12" fitness rings. Can a person whose 5' 1/2" work with a 14cm ring?

14" is for folks who are 5'4, you would need the 12".

Q: How many circular metal spring pieces make up the circumference? i.e., 1 piece would be less resistance, whereas 2 , 3, or 4 would be heavier.

It’s only one piece and I believe it’s made out of the same material a sail batten is, I.e fiberglass There’s plenty of resistance the harder you squeeze.

ピラティスのクラスで使用していてよかったので先生にメーカーを聞いたらstott pilatesと聞いて購入しました他のメーカーの物はサークルの部分がゴムのチューブで覆われていますがこのサークルはついていません強度については強いと先生から聞いていたのでそれを信じています私は75㎏ありますが問題なく使えています価格は私が購入した時は6000円台でしたが海外からの輸入品なので時期によりかなり違うそうです
