Q: Does this have a bold/intense flavor?

It depends on individual taste buds, but it does not have very bold flavor but smooth flavor with peppery soupçon. This is from mono-varietal Koroneiki Olives which are considered queen of olives. This is 100% True Extra Virgin Olive oil and not blended with any other ingredients to artificially boost the flavor. Anyone who has tried it, has loved it for life.

Q: When will the 2018 harvest ship via amazon? if i order now am i getting last year’s harvest? i don’t mind waiting, just want the freshest. thank you!

You are getting the 2018 Harvest and the freshest one. The season starts from November into February. The 2019 will come out in late March 2019. Hope this helps.

Q: What is the acidity level in the oil?

Max .5% and well below EU standards for the EVOO. Anyone telling or claiming otherwise uses artificial means to bring the acidity down and via introducing Nitogen. Hope this helps.
