Motion Detect：Active when monitor screen changed.Recommended detect for cars, animals,etc. Human Detect：Active when human entry surveillance area.Recommended detect for human. When detection is activated, different color bars are displayed in the playback, and you can also get alarm by phone notification or email. Q: Does the cameras have to be plugged into the wall outlets? Looks like 4 cameras and 4 adapters.
