I started taking this after witnessing a friend at that time suffer by getting soak & wet from menopause hot flashes! Literally!!! The goal was to prevent this from happening to me when the time came. I'd take Moringa, but only a few times a week. I can 1000% say that this stuff truly works!!! This supplement was recommended by my doula, and wowza! Talk about game changer, my night sweats, irregular body temperature and cycles were all back on track with a week! It’s like a natural form of hormone therapy, just amazing. No side effects on my end but I was recommended to drink plenty of water and it really does help. The pricing is very manageable to and quality is great; no after taste and easy to swallow. Having gone into the perimenopause phase in life I have been suffering from hot flashes. They are worse at night and my sleep quality has suffered because sometimes I am waking up every 45 minutes burning up, then freezing cold. It is absolutely dreadful, if you know, you know! This seemed to be a cheap ditch effort to try to manage and do something about this madness! I wasn’t expecting much but boy have I been surprised!After two days of taking a daily pill, the frequency of the hot flashes did not change much, but the intensity lessened by at least 50%. But then within a week, my hot flashes became almost nonexistent. Now at the week and a half mark I’m really not feeling any hot flashes whatsoever, maybe once a day my body starts to feel like it’s revving up to throw me into a hot flash, but it calms down before it even starts. I don’t know what the heck is in this stuff but it works and it’s amazing and I will take this as long as I need to!

I used to be very active and the all the sudden I wasn't. In retrospect there was a decline but I didn't pay attention until I physically just stopped. My emotions were all over the place which is just not normal for me. Then I began having hot flashes and it dawned on me, I AM IN MENOPAUSE.I'm 48 and honestly didn't think I was anywhere near menopause age, but I finally went and had blood work done. (This was last July) My hormones were so low they were almost nonexistent. She, my dr, put pellets in and tried a few other things to get me balanced. I was even prescribed an antidepressant because I had literally no drive. Nothing she did worked. Nothing. I was already doing a ton of research about menopause and hormones because I was sick of laying in the bed feeling absolutely terrible. I found black cohosh and decided to give it a try. The FIRST DAY I took it I saw a HUGE difference. I worried because it said it could make you drowsy but that was definitely not the case with me. I've had ZERO hot flashes. Works great! Took exactly 4 weeks to see results (taking as directed ). I was waking up twice in the middle of the night (like clock work) because of hot flashes . Started taking March 29th 2025 and by April 26 2025 I was sleeping through the entire night ! Feeling rested in the mornings again . No more hot flashes during the night !
