Good price, soft gels make it easy to swallow, vitamin content is comparable to other Biotin soft gels as is the size count. No aftertaste, they do tend to stick together a bit but if you shake the bottle they loosen up, and there is no smell. Quality is comparable to similar brands.

Taking this for hair skin & nail health. Tablet are easy to take and does not upset my stomach, does not leave no wierd taste in my mouth, strengthen my nails and seems to support overall apperance overtime

in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit
