Beautiful? Yes! Sheer? Noooo.

The shade, 06 Mulberry in Black Sugar, reminds me a lot of black honey color-wise but it is a different texture. The formula is a very soft and blurry matte cream with a bit of dimethicone slip. It's very light and comfortable. It Is sort of buildable. I didn't notice any color difference after two coats though. It's a whisper soft swipe of color and it's just lovely. It smells kind of fruity, maybe raspberry, but I didn't notice much of a taste.I think this shade is going to look very different depending on your skin tone. It pulls a little bit warmer on my cool toned fair skin but it might look more cool toned on deeper skin tones. It also isn't a highly pigmented shade. If you have pigmented lips, you won't see as much color payoff.

I got this tint in Mulberry and am pretty happy with the color. It’s close to what was advertised, although the formula is definitely more sheer than I was expecting. It is wearable for daytime and looks natural, but can be built up a little by reapplying. The formula is hydrating and feels lightweight and emollient despite being matte. It doesn’t last very long on lips though, and worked better as a blush for me overall.
