Silent and powerful replacement pads
Original pads started to squeal and fade under hard braking. Replaced the rear set with some new metal sintered pads and after a 40 mile bedding in ride the performance was better than new with no unpleasant noises. Will replace the front with a set of these too as the performance improvement over the original pads is worth the cost. Easy to swap out, took less than 10 minutes including a mini bleed and recentralisation of the pads to disc rotor.

Noisy but good performance
Great braking, but I had to return due to the noise level.

Well worth it!
At last non squeaky disc brake pads! Pricey but not an area where you really want to skimp.

DO NOT BUY THESE
I paid a premium for these pads because it says they are:"Shimano R805/R505 L04C disc pads, with cooling fins, metal sintered"However they appear to be supplied by a company called "OXFORD"The only reference to Shimano is a typed note at the bottom of the packaging that says "Shimano Road" and absolutely no confirmation that they exactly match the LO4C pads that I ordered.I repeat do not buy these if you are lookng for:"Shimano R805/R505 L04C disc pads, with cooling fins, metal sintered"
