The trays work as listed, I ordered two sets. Because you have to clean them occasionally, I have three that I use, and when it's time to clean them, I switch them out. A great product. Save water. Brilliant!

These are wonderful. I can't believe how much water a 5 gallon grow bag drinks.

Edit 8/1/25: seller contacted me and offered to send the “stronger” version for free. It is definitely stronger, but the volume is almost too little to be of use. I modified the top piece to work on the higher volume base and now it is awesome. See photos for modification. Upgrading to 3 stars, but they should make this change and only offer one version.Very thin, flimsy material, top pieces are too thin, even if doubled up, poor design over-all. Pay extra for the AC Infinity ones, way better.

I love this thing, I don’t have to worry about plants getting dry. Large basin that catch excess watering and putting it back to the soil

Exactly what I needed

Top tay is wobbly and cheap feeling bottom saucer, definitely returning. Too expensive for this poor quality.

I bought this for my father in law and he’s been using it ever since so I assume it’s good quality and works well
