Test wheels before using!
I thought I was ordering the best luggage available...Ordered this instead of lower-costing TravelPro with spinner wheels, and was extremely disappointed once at the airport with it for the first time. It wouldn't go where I wanted it to -- for some reason, the wheels did their own thing and refused to go in the direction I wanted them to go! Huge disappointment and for a premium price! I also did not like the design of the zippers. They just made it more difficult to zip up the suitcase. However, returning it was easy. Too bad I didn't hang onto the original box. Ended up paying over $32 just to buy a box and to have the suitcase prepped for shipping. (Return Shipping was free)I have since replaced it with a (cheaper) Briggs & Riley and am happy with my new purchase so far. Haven't airport-tested it yet though....
