Great durable material! Especially for the price! Works perfect for my daily leg workout. I have bought resistance bands preciously that were $10-$12 and these are just as good! I was looking for cheap resistance bands to add to my tiny home gym and these were super cheap! The range of resistances are good for someone like me who is a beginner.I've also found that I could use these for other exercises such as trying to strength my toes/feet and hands without hurting myself.

These are really nice. I juse them for working my hips by putting on ankle and under chair leg and moving leg in all directions: front, back, side and side. Nice workout and helps improve hip pain.

I don’t love this resistance bad because it doesn’t stay in place and it rolls up as soon as you start using it. It has no smell and the resistance is not so much. The heavy is like a light in my opinion.
