I ordered this laptop and received it within about 3 days. It came very carefully packaged and in pristine condition! I was a little skeptical and after reading reviews was worried about receiving another language keyboard or having to expect battery issues, but so far so good! It did charge to 100% on the first night, and I’ve noticed after about an hour of use it dropped to 88% pretty quickly but that’s nothing to worry about if I’m honest. I have experience opening computers so if I have to change the battery I’m not worried at all and I’m super happy I didn’t let that deter me from buying! I will say I’ve been having issues with the trackpad going unresponsive every so often, it’s nothing to truly complain about but I have noticed it a few times. The computer is beautiful nonetheless and came exactly when I needed it! I love it and am extremely happy with my purchase. I would give 5 stars but only because of the trackpad I’m going to give 4.EDITED: I was getting a little annoyed with the trackpad issue, then I realized it wasn’t the trackpad going inresponsive all the time, only when I had a pop up window in safari to upload documents. I googled the issue and it said all I needed to do was update the laptop. It’s been working great ever since!!

This was a beautiful computer, however what they didn’t say in the disclosure is that it was in fact, a Danish keyboard, which cannot be changed to US English. I should’ve listened to the two people that had reviewed and said it was a bust so disappointed but next time I’ll listen And yes, it’s going to take up to 30 days to refund my money. Absolutely poor customer service don’t do it.

I've been using computers since they were "work stations" enslaved to a mainframe that occupied the entire basement of a building. I've been using Apple computers since 1991, so I'm rarely surprised by a Mac's performance. Still, this MacBook Pro with M3 chip impresses me.But this review is really about the condition of the MacBook I just bought from iPower Resale. It was shipped promptly but delayed by winter weather. The product box looked just like a new Apple box, minus the Apple logo, and was safely packed inside two cartons for shipment. The outer carton showed some wear from shipping, but the inner carton was unblemished and product box perfect, as if pulled from a store shelf.Since it is a used MacBook rated in "excellent" condition, I expected to find some fine scratches or scuffing somewhere on the case. I found none. I expected to find the patina of wear on the keyboard keys. They all had the matte finish of a brand-new keyboard. I expected to find faint scratches on the screen. I found none. I worried that the charger and cable might be generic substitutes. They were authentic Apple products in perfect condition. I expected to find at least 100 charging cycles on the battery. I found only 2 cycles, meaning the battery array was replaced during refurbishment; the first from testing and the second from my charging it before transferring data from my old MacBook Pro to this one. By any objective evaluation, my used MacBook Pro is identical to a factory-fresh one. But I paid a little more than half the full retail price. I couldn't be happier. I would rate it "premium."Because it's an Apple MacBook Pro, I will get two to three times as many years' use from it as a Windows-based machine, and it will still have respectable trade-in value. Savings upon savings!

It is working excellently. There were small dents on the edges. There is no MagSafe charging cable and adapter and not the apple made. Battery health 90%.

I was nervous at first because this was my first refurbished purchase from Amazon, but I am so happy about my purchase. I bought the excellent quality level and it truly was excellent. Physically, the computer was in perfect condition and the software runs wonderfully. Very happy with my purchase!
