Bought this as a Birthday gift for my son and he loved it. I'm pleased with the company as well... I had originally ordered it and it shipped quickly but had a problem with the delivery (said it was delivered but it wasn't so I reported it 3 days later) and they very quickly sent another one after I reported the problem. It arrived after his Birthday but I'm not too mad since they actually handled the replacement very quickly and easily.

Value for money is satisfactory. Love the massage feature and lights.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect gaming chair! Easy to assemble, great price and speedy delivery. Light show is robots contolled and has many different patterns. Speakers are very loud and bump through the house and the massager is perfect for lower back pain. Reclines and is very comfy

I bought this chair for my nephew as a gift and the arm rest broke within the first month. When we saw that there was a warranty we tried to contact the seller and were referred to multiple different people and it took us 3 months of emailing back and forth to get an answer. They said they won’t honor the warranty and neither will Amazon because it is not one of their products. This company and product are both terrible and should not be on Amazon. The chair was not comfortable and is poorly made. I do not recommend this company for anything. If you can’t honor a warranty, don’t advertise one. They are also making me pay a “restocking fee” for THEIR faulty product, absolutely unbelievable.

About this chair for my wife, It's simply amazing. This chair makes no noise, lights up, and the speakers work great. This chair is extremely comfortable.For many of the posts that I saw regarding the chair being noisy, You might want to check how much weight the chair is rated for. I'm a very large muscular male, and I weigh over 200lbs, and to test it I sat in it. It did not make any noise for me. My wife also sat in my lap in the chair, which is around 300lbs, and the chair still made no noise. I would imagine the chair would not make any noise even if you were to put 350 lb on it. If you weigh more than 350lbs, You might want to find a different chair, or some kind of bed to play games in.

The media could not be loaded. So far this chair is awesome. Got it for christmas and it was easy to put together. Came with extra bolts too. I was nervous about the reviews but so far it's a great chair. EVERYTHING works. Use a battery pack to power it. It's super comfy too. Looks awesome and it's a perfect size for me. I'm not a small person, my husband sat in it too. 100% satisfied. But I will update if it craps out fast.

Bought this for my 17-year-old son for his birthday and he loves it. Comfortable, the speakers work great adn the lights are fun. He has not used the massage pillow part but he says it sits perfectly to play the games without the back and neck pain.
