Works great. Cuts smooth.
This is an amazing little saw. I use the 12 inch bar mostly but I just cut up 3 trees in less than 2 hours.

This chainsaw is a beast!
I bought this chainsaw literally as a throw away tool. I had a project where I wanted to core out the middle of a 10x10”x8’ barn beam. The barn beam from the late 1800s was solid oak. I considered many options on how to accomplish the task and finally figured I would chainsaw out strips, break out the strips and chisel it down. I didn’t want to spend a lot on a chainsaw that I would probably never use again so I gave this one a try. I was unbelievably impressed in the abuse this tool took! I cut continuously for long periods and this thing never quit. I thought seeing as it was for pruning it wouldn’t hold up to the continued cutting I subjected it to. I completed my entire project and although I went through 3 chains that need to be sharpened the saw itself withstood the abuse way beyond my expectations! 👍🏻. Just as a side note: I didn’t force the saw, I let it cut with steady pressure on it. I did take time periods every now and then where I let the saw sit and cool for about 15 minutes. Kept the chain oil up which it used fairly fast and maintained chain tension. Blew out the chain drive cavity with air compressor and took the chain drive/tensioner cover off and cleaned it out a couple of times during periods of extended use. Other than that, it’s all cleaned up back in its case ready to go again! I don’t leave many reviews on things that I buy, but this one really impressed me, specially considering what I paid for it. AND the three bar lengths that came with the saw were just an added bonus seeing as I used all 3 of them at different times. Happy Camper! 😄

Highly recommend!
This chainsaw is small enough to be portable and yet has the power of a full size chainsaw. My husband was super satisfied with the durability, ease of use, and battery life.

This is a SCAM!! NOT Milwalkee and does NOT WORK in the slightest!!
Wish i tested this straight away, instead left it in box for camping trip. First use out of box and looked good, was excited to try it! However, it cannot even cut a 1" branch let alone wood for camping!!! REALLY BAD and REALLY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER!!!

Feels like a toy
I reviewed this item at 1 star because it literally feels like a child’s toy. I deleted that review, after I actually used it. I pulled this thing out of the package, and was seriously disappointed. I figured if I was going to return it, I may as well cut a few small branches that I needed to cut. I started cutting and by the the time I was finished, I was cutting off 8” stumps. Trust me, it will be less than impressive, until you actually use it. I use this thing constantly and and the only hang up that I have, is the chain gets loose. This seems to be pretty common when cutting downed trees and need to cut from the bottom up.

Cutting trees very well!
After last hurricane I had to cut couple of trees at the backyard. Tree guy of course was very busy, and expensive at the moment. I already have Milwaukee batteries, so decided to give a try to this $99 chainsaw. Saw arrived disassembled, and seemed to be someone's return. Someone probably couldn't put it together. I also had a bit of problem assembling it. But after I have done it, this chainsaw turned out to be GREAT! I managed to cut down 20 inch plus trees. Yes I know, it wasn't smart thing to do, it was dangerous, it was a job for professionals, but no one was available, so I had no choice but do it myself.Chainsaw is cutting very well. When cutting huge trees, it can get stuck, but same thing happens to a big professional saw, if one using it wrong.Running time really depends on the batteries. With 2 Milwaukee XC 5.0 batteries, I was able to work for about 3 hours. When cutting deep into big tree, batteries can overheat, and stop working, because battery protection kicks in. In this case just swap in another battery. Other than that I had no problems.Im going to keep this chainsaw. Hurricanes will happen again.

Great, lightweight saw for the money
Saws very well. Lightweight. Easy to use with one hand. I can saw trees up to 8" in diameter. Tension is quick and easy to adjust. Very handy. Affordable. Great value. Five or six amp batteries will only last 20 minutes or so. Suggest purchasing a 12 amp or bigger battery

Works great
I have a huge, convoluted cactus. You would think cacti would be Sawzall material (I tried), but they have tough wooden cores with the base being about 15 inches. This thing cut through like butter. I filled 2 big trash containers with cactus "logs" on one battery charge. Note the oil lasted as long as the battery so keep an eye on the level. 1/3 the cost of a name brand saw and fits my Milwaukee batteries.
