Problema en el empaque
The media could not be loaded. Mantiene el agua fria casi 6 horas, crumple su funcion. El problema es que el empaque interior no es firme. Si tu la abres a cada momento no se mantiene en su lugar y hay liqueo. Esp deberian mejorar

Only comes with sleeve- rip off
I bought this and sadly only got the sleeve. It didn’t come with a strap, which is sort of defeating the purpose of the entire thing. It’s pretty expensive for just the cover. Also not very snug around the handle.
