Harbor Freight quality
These are ok quality. Probably along the lines of a harbor freight tool. They dont cut small thin pieces of metal very well. Like paperclip size. The wire stripper part of the tool doesn't seem to work much at all. If you want a good pair of cutters, go get a brand name.
