Shiba zuke is on of my favorite pickles.
I’ve eaten shiba zuke since I was a young child. Yes, mom was Japanese. I love to eat this with rice and some of my homemade pickles that ferment in rice husk. It’s a deep purple color is due to shiso. Eggplant and cucumber with ginger are pickled.I love these and order it every time I’m down to one package.Highly recommend this product!
