I was a little surprised at the flavor: these have a bit sweet and berry-like taste, not what you'd maybe expect for a gummy containing mushroom extracts, but not unpleasant at all. Quality seems to be good. Mushrooms contain a lot of healthy compounds, so as long as the bioavailability of the ingredients is good, then these are a good idea. I'm not a scientist with a lab, so unfortunately I can't measure the actual qualities of the compounds present. You kind of buy supplements like this on faith.
