Honestly just a simple well rounded protein, reminds me of brands that have been around for years. You're getting 26 grams of protein @ 140 calories which is decent. The blend consists of concentrate and isolate, this probably helps in keeping caloric count on the lower end while being cost efficient. Coming to value. It's pretty average you're getting 60 servings for $48, or $40 with subscribe and save with 5 items. Can easily recommend if you're fine with sucralose, no need to complain about it after purchase, just check before hand !

Does not dissolve as well as some other brands. A little clumpy. Pretty good price.

My bad for reading the label wrong. This item contains Sucralose (i thought it said sugar), which is bad for you. I am always watching out for the natural sweeteners because I have bad reactions to all sugar substitutes, but didn’t realize sucralose would be marketed in “healthy” and “natural” items so it is my bad. I was aware that this item didn’t have free returns, but was unaware that it couldn’t be returned at all. Pretty frustrating, wish the no returns was more visible in the product page, like where it says the item is eligible for free returns it should say “no returns on item” I wouldn’t have purchased it if that was the case. It appears you can’t even return if the item is damaged

Some powders have a strong vanilla flavor. This is a nice mild flavor. I like it. Good value also.
