Q: Concerned with may reviews saying roller ball doesn't roll; Mavogel recommends keeping it upside down. Does this really help roller balls to move?

The roller works fine with standing them upright. Before each use roll the ball around with contents to lube the roller ball. This roller works great with oils. If you have a thicker liquid you may have issues with the contents dispensing equally.

Q: Can we return items if one has been used? The rollers are terrible
