I don’t think it would be as big as it was so I was pleasantly surprised when it came. I’ve been taking it for around a week when I wake up, on an empty stomach and before breakfast. I put around a teaspoon into water. I can see that my bloating has gone down and my skin is clearing up. My energy levels have also increased. It tastes a bit bitter and the texture is powdery, it’s can be a bit annoying but it’s not too bad for the benefits it gives. If you’re a person who has a hard time with textured food I would recommend just putting it in other foods in an attempt to hide it and make it better. Over all great so far.

It just smells like dried grass ,doesnt taste good bit bitter .First two days my stomach felt upset, id take it first thing in the morning with water before i went my walk ,i felt i had a bit more energy on fourth day wasnt sure if it was due to what i ate sleep or moringa ,no energy fifth day knees still sore from my arthritis ,but not expecting miracles too early ,sixth day more energy lost a couple of pounds in weight due to exercise walking and maybe the powder ,day seven got sore head but forced myself to go my walk ,felt better after the walk ,il keep taking it and see how it goes ,could take a while to see all the benefits for inflammation ect .

It's the first time I buy moringa. I take 1 scoop in my drink. It gives me a lot of extra energy and it has so many good properties... I do think moringa is a must. This specific product is organic and it's free from metals.Worth buying. It is easy to drink, it doesn't taste bad and you just need a little scoop. You will find a little spoon inside the package.
