I am a massage therapist and use these heat packs in addition to hot stones. Just click on the activator and the pack heats up and keeps its heat for a solid 15 minutes.

Purchased these as instant heat packs for an injury. They last the perfect amount of time for heat treatment and are travel friendly. Initially, for maybe 5 minutes, they can be almost too hot, but not to the point of burning me. They have been easy to reset as well- definitely don’t require even close to the 20 minutes. My one complaint is they will sometimes snap on their own if loose in a bag so I keep them in small Tupperware containers now.

I use these on my stomach, when I get spasms. They work great! So easy to just wrap in a towel and put it in boiling water and reuse them.

Kinda disappointed with these. They get warm and stay warm for around 15 minutes max- that’s with constantly moving like they suggest to keep the reaction going. If you’re looking for something to keep your hands warm for extended periods of time this isn’t it. Will most likely use for short, cold walks in the wintertime.

Use these for winter hunting and fishing. Great product! Easy to use and very durable

Not my favorite. I like that these work and last for a little bit but these are a pain to reset. As a result I don't use them as much just because of the effort it takes to reset them.

For the amount of time they stay warm, even in a survival situation, not worth it. 30 minutes tops for the heat of these guys.
