Post op for varicose vein striping and ligation: Coban bandages from op were horrendous and although need compression for 10 day post op surgeon said take them off after a day if you can't stand it. Compression stockings supplied by hospital were too big and just fell down everytime I moved. Everything I tried slipped down and formed a tourniquet mid thigh where my worst wounds are. 3 days of torture. Ordered these in 2 sizes in the hope that 1 would fit. Thank God!!! Firm, tight and need some persuasion to get on (which is hard on battered swollen bruised post op leg), but once on..Hallelujah!! Excellent support, firm enough but comfortable and free to move and best of all silicon top just stays put!! First nights sleep in 4 days thanks to these brilliant stockings. They are a game changer!! I can now move and start my recovery safe in the knowledge that my poor leg is well supported. Comfortable enough to try some exercises and a walk today and only day 4 post op!! Can't recommend enough for post op recovery!!

The product is good and does the job, I needed post surgery stockings that look like normal opaque stockings, but the size guide is way off. I would usually buy a small on most products but the size guide based on my measurements said XL! I compromised and went for L but still had to send them back and get a M. I'd suggest go for 1 size up from your normal size

Received these today and they fit perfectly they feel like a nice tight fit but not an uncomfortable fit... they go right up to the top of my thigh which I needed as my vains are bad all the way down my legs.Hopefully they help with my vains but not able to tell just yet.Good value for money!

The fit was good but not tight enough at the top so if you are moving around they slip down. I measured carefully but they still fall down. If you sit with your feet up they stay up ok. Otherwise they were comfortable and seem to be of good quality.

The band of one of them starting rolling over after a couple of weeks, even after cleaning and wetting the inner side. I have another pair that have been good, as has one leg of the faulty pair.

These Stockings were my live safer; very comfy with the broad band at the top of the stockings fitting very comfortably, they stayed up without falling down. I have to wear the stockings for 6 weeks following two big operations I had recently: I personally like the closed toes as I found the hosptial TED stockings were always creeping up the foot:

I tend to be very sensitive to this and thought it bother me, but it hasn't been an issue, unlike with regular socks.
