Great camera
Had trouble getting videos after being alerted. Emailed support and finally figured out I had too large of an sd card. I did not read that in the beginning. Clear pictured and pretty heavy camera

Very Well Made, Great Image Quality, Easy to Use & Setup, Love the 4G Connectivity
This 4G outdoor security camera is awesome! The device itself feels very well made and doesn't feel or look cheap. The overall design is also very nice and the mounting plates and screws feel strong and sturdy when installed correctly. The camera itself is very easy to setup and the app does a great job walking you through the process - even with the 4G connectivity. Just to note, I am using this on T-Mobile's 4G Network with a 2GB prepaid data sim. Through my use, I found this amount of data was just fine - this will depend on how much you use it and of course, will vary. The image quality is very good in my opinion and what you would expect at this price point. The night vision works pretty well for up close objects and of course gets worse as you go further away, but that is to be expected. The videos and images are stored on the sdcard (not included). The extra wide field of view is amazing and it works very well. I love being able to see the "full picture". This is part is seriously a game changer, if you ask me.This camera is completely wireless and can be mounted almost anywhere - as long as you have a 4G signal in the area. This does have a built in rechargeable battery which will need fully charged before mounting. I can say I have had this mounted outside for about a few weeks now and have not had to bring it in to recharge. In fact, it is still showing pretty good battery life left but this all depends on how much you access it and how much activity there is for it to trigger. The included solar panel also really helps with this. The motion detection is really good on this and after a few tests I found it able to detect movement pretty well. This camera has built in AI and during my initial use, it is doing a good job differentiating between cars, people, and packages. The app is very nicely setup and is very easy to use and figure out. In fact, I really like their app compared to other security camera companies. You can download the photos/videos to your phone/tablet and have access to all the settings of the camera. This can be done anywhere you have an internet connection. All things considered, this is a great outdoor security camera with good image quality and other features that really add to the security experience. I love that they combined the ultra wide field of view with 4G connectivity. While it is more expensive than most, in my opinion, it is well worth it to have constant 4G access to the internet.

Terrible Experience … a camera with great features, but
The features available on this camera are amazing. But I could not get the camera to work. I used two different EIOT nano cards but could not get the cards to “register”. The Reolink support was lacking. I have an email stream of 33 emails trying to resolve this issue. But “no go”. If the Reolink mgt can help please contact me. Again, the camera has great features that I like …

This security camera is versatile and ideal for areas lacking power and WiFi.
Upon first unboxing the REOLINK TrackMix LTE, my initial impression was of a thoughtfully packaged product. The packaging itself was straightforward and functional, leaning more towards a practical design rather than a premium feel. This isn't necessarily a downside as it aligns well with the utilitarian nature of a security camera. The main features of this camera are impressive. The dual view on one screen, enabled by a 6X hybrid zoom, is a standout. This feature allows for a comprehensive view, both wide-angle and zoomed-in, which is particularly useful for security purposes. The PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) auto-zoom tracking that covers 360° is another highlight, offering extensive coverage of the surroundings. The camera's ability to track and zoom in on moving objects automatically is an advanced feature that adds to its effectiveness. In terms of user-friendliness, the camera seems fairly straightforward to set up and use. The inclusion of a quick start guide, mounting template, and necessary screws in the box aids in easy installation. The camera's ability to send alerts for people, vehicles, and pets, and the differentiation between these and other objects, is a smart feature that enhances its usability. The performance in both day and night conditions is commendable. The crisp 2K video resolution ensures that the details are captured clearly. The added functionality of infrared black-and-white night vision and spotlight color night vision ensures round-the-clock surveillance capability. One of the unique aspects of this camera is its standalone functionality using 4G LTE network technology. This makes it suitable for places without electrical power or WiFi, expanding its usability to outdoor locations like farms, construction sites, or remote areas. However, the reliance on specific carriers for the SIM card might be a limitation for some users. As for value for money, considering its features like dual-view, PTZ auto-zoom tracking, 2K video quality, and standalone 4G connectivity, it seems to offer good value, especially for users needing surveillance in remote or outdoor locations. The positive aspects of this product include its high-quality video resolution, comprehensive coverage, automatic tracking features, and standalone 4G LTE connectivity. The night vision capabilities are also a significant plus.On the downside, the product could improve by expanding its compatibility with a wider range of SIM card carriers. Additionally, while the packaging is functional, a more premium unboxing experience might add value for some users. In summary, the REOLINK TrackMix LTE is a robust and versatile security camera suitable for a variety of settings, especially where power and WiFi are unavailable. Its advanced tracking features, high-quality video, and standalone functionality make it a solid choice. I would recommend it to anyone needing a comprehensive outdoor security solution, particularly for remote or off-grid locations.

Nice camera but does NOT include the solar panel.
This camera has a lot of neat features, such as AI Detection with PTZ, Night Vision, and Cellular Connectivity. However, the photos and title show a solar panel that is not included. To be fair, there is one photo in the description that show a note in fine print stating "solar panel not included", but its not made clear.

The App Is Good, Maybe Better Than Some Others, But Could Be Better
I like Reolink. I have other Reolink cameras, and they're good. They have a lot of features. I also have other cameras, and I will say that Reolink is my favorite, but the cameras do lose their connection. Sometimes it comes back, but sometimes I have to go outside and reset the camera - power off and on. And sometimes I actually have to remove the camera from the app and re-add it ... as at the first. But that's not often, and because the features are so good, I put up with that. If the app was more reliable, I'd give this five stars.
