I purchased this bubble timer with silicone sleeve after having 2 plain bubblers crack and leak oil after falling off from our children’s hands (working in strenghtening grips). It is marketed as leakproof, but unless I remain diligent about keeping the sleeve on, it will run the same fate as the others- cracking when dropped. The sleeve is somewhat loose on top of the clear acrylic, and is very easily removed by little hands- who find removing the silicone both amusing and satisfying.Otherwise works as it should, mesmerizing to look at. Great feel on the hands and extra grippy from the bumpy silicone.

My daughter is autistic & loves playing with this! She takes it everywhere with her so it’s super easy to just toss in a bag & go! The rubber material is perfect for her she loves the feeling of it & the plastic that the bubbler part comes in is super durable she has thrown it multiple times & it hasn’t broke yet!

It’s interesting and it’s a kid version of the sand timer hourglass. It took me a while to figure out the way the drops are coming out and not mixing together ! It’s addictive to watch but at the same time it gets repetitive for the child. So overall it’s a good buy but at this price I am not sure if I would like to buy this thing unless and until it’s gifted to me.
