Q: Could you use to clean piercings?

I would think so - it is meant to clean wounds and aid healing - and it does - so I would say BUT it depends where the piercing is! If you're talking about a piercing in a place involving mucosal areas - such as tongue or other such areas I would get advice from a professional. I use it on a leg ulcer and it's brilliant.

Q: Would this product be suitable to wipe face with (after cleansing) to perform a Micro-Needling treatment?

Sorry, I don't know. I use Octenilin to clean infected wounds.

As far as I know you can keep this for a long time, or until it runs out as long as the cap is put back on securely. hope this helps.
