Can i pls request replacement with new product as this product isn't strong and sterdy. The screws are loosening agajn n again. The parental handle isn't of good quality and losing its grip repeatedly. My child fell because of the improper grip of bicycle on surface. Very disappointed with this product.

The product had so many damages one of the tyre was damaged the front pipe was totally bent the bell was missing from the package. Very disappointed 🤬Returned the order twice but the product had damages both the time.
