The jeep is great and works as expected. The kids love the music and it is great on all surfaces.We have had this for 6 months now and recently the motor went out. I’m not sure if it was just defective or if the kids ran into something but either way, it was a great customer service experience working with the seller. I did buy the insurance but due to it being so close to the purchase date they suggested I go through the seller as it may be under warranty. I did and they were able to diagnose the problem and send me a replacement motor that we were able to switch out fairly easily. They were very responsive throughout the process and even reached out after they saw it was delivered to be sure everything was working as it should. I will definitely be purchasing another through this company when my youngest is old enough!

I bought this ride on car for my son's 5th birthday. It took me about an hour to assemble and was pretty straightforward. I love the features - 4 wheel drive, fast speed, lights and music, and remote control! This car is fast! My son screams with joy when he drives it. I have to run behind him to keep up. The 4 wheel drive is great on grass and fixes a common traction problem with rear wheel drive ride on cars. I love that I can control it remotely to help keep my son safe as he learns how to drive it. I also like that this car seats 2 so he can bring a friend along. The only issue I've had is that the hood easily comes unlatched while driving over bumps due to the flex in the chassis. I would highly recommend this toy!

The media could not be loaded. Great jeep, good amount of room for both my 3 and 5 year old to ride together. There is a parent remote control. There is multiple speeds which one setting is pretty fast for when they are older.My husband said this was pretty easy to assemble. Would recommend.

This is awesome! It is super fast, the 4x4 works great! I highly recommend... so much fun!

First off, the speed on this thing. Is it really 6mph? I mean I can run, but this thing outpaces me at 6mph running pace according to my garmin watch. If you have kids, 3+, make sure the seat belts are on, otherwise they’ll whiplash when they lift their foot off the pedal. I’m really impressed with the speed!Steering - The turn radius is meh, it would be more helpful if it could make sharper turns, however this maybe due to safety. Based on the fastest speed setting, a quick turn could potentially role the jeep to its side. There’s not much weight on the jeep itself, but most of the weight will be towards the back where the battery and the children sit. Because of this, any quick jerks on the fastest setting could role the jeep on it sides. I would also highly recommend not going on too steep of hills because it will roll back due to the weight imbalance.Hills - on 2 & 4wd, this thing can climb up hills fairly easily on the fastest speed setting. Now, if you stop midway through a hill, it will need a little push to get the momentum going. On the lowest speed setting, it will trudge through on lower incline hills but the steeper grades are a no go. In this case it’s best to start at the fastest speed at the bottom of the hill. As mentioned earlier, at steeper inclines the jeep will lift from the front and flip backwards due to the weight imbalance. Highly recommended not to let your young ones drive this thing on steeper hills, if you are so inclined, ensure you are prepared.Physical controller - I’m really happy with the safety stop setting. Knowing how fast this goes, weak turn radius and potential to roll, I can push a button before we get into a bad situation. This stop functionality is awesome because once pressed, the jeep cannot be operated again until it’s pressed again to turn off the emergency stop.I wish, I didn’t have to keep pressing the left and right button to steer, however this is expected as the cars front wheels has a tendency to reset in the forward position as it moves forward (as with any vehicle). Because of this you’ll need to keep pressing the left or right buttons when making turns and the front wheels reset. The range of the controller is pretty far, I’ve gotten close to 35-50ft. I’m not sure the maximum range, but I’m comfortable with the minimum knowing I can press the safety stop button within that range.Quality - it’s plastic and even the tires are. Before I gripe about the tires, the build itself is okay. The plastic body seems well built and looks to be very durable and flexible. The axles are metal, and the shock absorbers in the front are great, I wish the back axles would also have shock absorbers but it didn’t for this model. The lights up front are pretty cool, but not so bright. I wish you could set the lights in different modes other than the police light mode. The back overhead lights are not real lights, that could have been a nice add on to have. The doors have hinges so they stay closed while in operation, which is pretty cool. The front hood can be opened, and you could put a toy or two in there.Now on to the wheels themselves. This is where I think they could have done much better in build quality. It’s a hard plastic and has striped grooves that run down the middle of each wheel. Because of this plastic build, when driving on pavement the striped grooves will wear down. This will eventually need to be replaced, and I hope you can buy replacement wheels for these jeeps because overall they run great. Prolonged playtime on pavement and any hard surface will wear these wheels down quickly.Charging - I have had no issues yet on charging or the battery, but will know more in time as we use it. The initial charging is about 8-12 hours, it does come pre charged but warning labels say to at least charge for 8 hours on first use, else the battery will get damaged.Setup - use the box it came with as layer of protection when setting up. As mentioned earlier, the body is plastic. It can and will easily get scratched. Flatten the box and set it up over the box to prevent scratches. The instructions are fairly easy to follow, you can get this setup in about 30mins to and hour. Much faster with 2 people.Overall, this is a very fast jeep, probably more than the advertised 6mph. Use the seatbelt if going on high speeds. Refrain from going on very steep hills and beware of roll overs when speeding. I think they could have done much better on the wheels and turning radius, but overall a great time for the kids. If you’re on the fence of buying this, if speed is what you are looking for you won’t be disappointed. If hills and turning fast is what you’re looking for, beware, it’s great overall but roll overs will happen in these scenarios!

I never write reviews but thought this one needed it. We bought this for our 6 year old. The size is great and our 4 year old fits in it great with her. However, the battery lasts about 5 minutes. She could make about 2 laps around the yard and the battery would die. I contacted the company and they had me do a few things to trouble shoot but ended up offering to send a new one or get a refund. I opted for the refund so we would have that money back to buy a new battery. I gave it 3 stars because the truck itself is great, roomy, and does well on rougher terrain and the company responded quickly and efficiently. But be prepared to buy a new battery.

A lot of work to put together.

Great two seater. Our girls love cruising around the back yard, and the battery last quite a while! We had an inital issue wherethe reciever went bad, and we had a new part sent to us hassle free and the issue was resolved with easy communication!
