Q: What are the two height adjustments in inches?

The height adjustment I noticed is just for the shelf bracket. The TV stand itself is comprised of three poles that join together in a fixed assembly. So that main pole is fixed. The shelf bracket can be placed anywhere along the pole where you want it because that installation is entirely independent of the TV stand and not part of the integrity of the structure. The shelf is rather small so don't plan to put too much on it - it can probably hold weight but not size. A good place for a sound bar and/or cable box. I keep the remote there for now. This is a very solid structure and well worth the money. Was not difficult to assemble. Don't rely on the photos in the instruction manual as they aren't precise.
