Bought this and a Pandora charm. She loved them both! Thus was a very nice quality charm. Fits in nicely with her other Pandora charm.

The Charm on the left was from the ad on Amazon very crisp detail. Notice the blue background in the ad it is very detailed. Now look at the one you get. The blue background looks like it was dipped in a bucket of cheap paint very sad. Sell what you advertise. This is terrible. I give you 1 star for showing up on time.
