I love Makita tools. But "Low AMP draw" is a suspiciously weaselly way to state power consumption. WHAT IS the EXACT MAX AMP draw?

13 amps. So a residential 3 prong (15A) outlet should run it, if plugged in directly and no other loads on the circuit. Thank you Professor McGraw for taking this opportunity to teach us all a lesson in electrical theory. Your answer is noted. And your answer is discarded as not an answer but another "weaselly" way to avoid actually answering. Actual "thank you"s to Maple Jack and I Give...Savage for practical answers. Every air compressor brand seems to think that telling us users the horsepower rating is super important. As if we users are out here on jobsites pulling out air compressors and comparing HP numbers like jock sizes. Most of us are more concerned with: "Can I run this compressor on a 15 amp 3 prong outlet with a 50 ft 12/3 extension cord?" It looks like the literature includes a reference to 12.5? amps. Why this information is buried in the user manual and not boldly decal-ed on the unit is beyond my personal comprehension. The 2.5 HP rating is only the start-up under pressure, and has absolutely no bearing on anything, unless you want to compare jock sizes with the other guy running a DeWalt. Maple Jack points out that extended run times have caused his unit to trigger a 15 amp breaker. I assume he was probably using a 12/3 extension cord, probably less than 50 ft. Savage has similar advice. And they both point out that extension cords, even very good ones have a cost to the energy supplied. (Inversely proportional to the AWG of the wire and directly proportional to the square of the run of the wire, I think). If the compressor has an "unloader valve" then the pressure at the cylinder should be close to zero PSI at re-start, reducing the surge current required. If the compressor has a start capacitor, then the surge current is largely supplied by the capacitor. (no literature on either component) If it makes a difference, the 12.5? AMP rating is based on a 110v/60Hz supplied power; I use a generator with adjustable voltage or a 220v/30A transformer for most of my jobsite power. You'd be surprised how much happier all my tools are getting 118-122v/62-65Hz All that theory aside: this compressor will probably prefer to be plugged directly into a 15 amp receptacle. Extra air hose is better than extension cords for most occasions.

what brand and weight air compressor oil should I use?

I bought one of these from Amazon 3 years ago and I like it. It comes with enough high quality synthetic oil for one filling. The owners manual (which is downloadable before you purchase) tells you about the type of oil and the change intervals. Generally speaking, after you have used it for a hundred hours or so, change the oil with a top quality synthetic air compressor oil, of the weight specified in the manual for your climate and work conditions. More important that that, drain the water out of the tank every day after you use it. You should consider getting oil and water traps if you plan to do any painting with it. Pay attention to hose size and fitting size if you plan to use hoses over 25 feet long (3/8” hoses have 225% more flow capacity than 1/4” hoses).

Can I use for 110 psi RV tires?

Just a guess, but don't see why not. It has a max of 130 PSI. Just dial up to 110psi on the right side gauge and while it may take a bit longer it should work just fine. I would get a second opinion however since I've only used for tires that are 90psi max so far.
