Honestly not much flavor in them, but the little bit of flavor you get is good. Tops are hard to get off. You have to squeeze at just the right spot to pop it open. I won't buy these again. There's another company that sells hot cinnamon toothpicks in 100 packs for cheaper. They're really flavorful and long lasting. But if you only want to chew it for a minute or two, these are ok.

I have been vaping/smoking for about 7 years now. I tried other costly products to help stop and they didn’t work. These popped up on social media and I decided to try them. I mean I only had $20 to lose. These work great. They kill that hand to mouth habit. The flavors are great and smell good too. They come in little tubes that make it easy to take with you and weigh almost nothing. The tube says the flavor only last 5 minutes. However, I catch myself chewing on them for like 15-20 minutes. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because I wish they had more flavors. I plan to try the energy ones next! I didn’t think these would work but they have helped me A LOT. I was really hopeful about these but they made my lips burn and I got dizzy. Looked up lobelia and apparently it is toxic and can cause severe side effects. Is not approved by the FDA. I think it reduces my cravings. I do wish the flavor was a lot stronger though. Flavor does last a awhile, or maybe my brain is playing games 🤷🏼‍♂️.Never thought I’d be the guy that always has a toothpick in his mouth, but here we are. Hahahha

Quality:The flavors are very chemically tasting. I bought these because I’m quitting vaping. I needed something to replace that fruity jolt I get from vaping. The flavors are bad, taste like chemicals. The mint is fine, but it doesn’t hit the vape craving for me at all. I found other products more helpful.
