A little goes a long way
Color quality is amazing. There’s no taste. Gel Consistency is very watery but very potent with color and the price is very worth it. Easy to use for baking sweets.

Excellent pigmentation—a little goes a long way
I was tasked with making a Star Wars wedding cake, and wanted to add a star pattern on top of the airbrushed galaxy design. This white dye was excellent. I thinned it out with a few drops of vodka to make it a little less viscous so I could tap the paint brush and make it spatter. Very happy with the results, still have a ton left.

Don’t be bleeding over here
Add this to my royal icing, so when I layered another color on top of the white, it would not bleed so far so good

True to description and love the brightness.
I am a custom cookie maker. When I make my icing, even though I use clear vanilla it still needs that little touch of white and this is perfect.
