I trashed my rear assembly on my Giant Escape 2 hybrid/commuter bike. I love my bike, so needed to fix her up. I replaced the rear derailer but I didn't realize that this small part had also broken. Expensive little sucker (compared to the entire derailer) but it worked perfectly.

Hanger arrived on time and installed super easy. High quality replacement part.

It snapped in two, not on a ride, not after a crash, not after a drop, but after it's first install on the bike rack. I thank God it was on the rack and not on the road as I am safe and sound to tell the tale. I should've known this mission critical part was junk. It has no brand, it comes with no instructions, there are no torque settings. I installed this hanger on my Giant propel advanced, it fit, I added my wheel, and put on my Campy centaur 11 derailleur. It shifted nice, my old stock hanger was bent. 30 minutes later I touch the derailleur and the hanger instantly snapped. A part meant to bend broke under a light touch. Complete junk. Refund on its way.

Came early and fit my Gaint bike ni problem...works well...but screws were to short. Had to put longer ones in...other then that no complaints.

after 10k miles i broke mine, this is great quality, can =not tell a difference form the OEM part. easy to isntall.

Fifty years of biking, I never broke this hanger, and had no idea there was a different style for every bike manufacturer. My daughter and I both broke ours in the same month, so I'm learning fast. Fortunately this was a quick, cheap and easy exchange. Fit perfectly on her Giant Liv bike.
