I’ve been a loyal user of Impulse rucksacks since 2016, but the quality has unfortunately declined. I bought the 65-liter travel bag for trekking, camping, and hiking, expecting durability. However, the stitching was already broken on the first use. When I tried to claim the warranty, I couldn’t find a website or customer care contact for Impulse, leaving me with no support options. It's disappointing to see the quality drop so significantly. I would not recommend this product now consider exploring other brands for a more reliable experience

Its just 5 months.. and i have used it for only 4 vacations.. stitches woren out… and some places it got torn….And we cant evn claim for warranty coz theres no such window in this app.Disappointed 😢
