Q: Does this need regular servicing by an engineer, or can you DIY?

I don't think so this chair required a regular servicing by an enginneer as i brought this for my father in law year a ago and till today it's working fine and never had any issues with it..

Q: What is the delivery waiting time

I orded this for my mum on the 28th Oct 2022, nd it was recd between the 4th to 9th Nov 2022, as on prime

Q: Just in case it’s not suitable, what’s the refund policy?

I thionk there is a refund if you are not satisifed but it probably is a nuisance to sort. I never had to do this and do not want to. Want to be sure about what I am getting.

No feathers. It’s absolutely fantastic
