Q: What other brands of jaws will fit the chuck?

I'm not sure what other brands will fit the Deefine chuck, but the mounting holes are 18MM center-to-center. I purchased a set of flat plate lathe turning jaws a few years ago and their mounting holes are 20MM center-to-center. I've looked at a number of chucks & flat plate jaws on Amazon & none specify the mounting dimension.
