Q: I have light brown hair will it work?

does this vivids range cover grey hair? it's not said anywhere

No you’ll end up with two different colours which will be very noticeable in daylight. To avoid that and use this particular brand you’ll need to start off with one colour throughout. All High Street boxed colourants cause this affect they don’t have the ability to blend

Q: Do you use the conditioner once a week

I usually wash my hair every 4 days of so and just put a bit of this conditioner on the ends

Q: If I have brown hair, should I lighten it first or can I just use the ginger box dye straight away?

You dont need to lighten it first. Mine is dark brown and the result was as on the box
