Q: Is this the one that is located under the black cover below the glove box?

Its actually left of the glove box almost right over the center hump on the floor. it is very hard to get to the top screw, you need a flash light down, small hands and lots of patience. Its hard because you have to lay on your back and reach around the device to get to the last screw on the blind side, I had the wife try since her hands are smaller and no go, I finally gave up and just snapped it off the plastic. Putting back in was much easier I just used the two others screws and it was in nice and snug and it immediately fixed the problem. Good luck.
