Good price and quick delivery. Have taken for 3 weeks without any adverse side effects! As a source of vitamin D the small tablets are easy to take. Cannot offer a qualified comment about how they are working, but after reading up on the NHS viewpoint about the importance of maintaining vitamin D levels in winter I am sure these are benificial.

I’ve been taking this product for years on the advice of my GP (a very young female doctor) who was of the opinion that all women over 40 should take Vitamin D - I am pleased to say - in my opinion - she was correct as studies appear to agree - packaged in a sturdy nice to look at container (irrelevant I know)

The small white pills are easy to take (for an adult - can probably be broken up if necessary). As with all supplements, it's difficult to know whether they're working but Vitamin D seems like a good idea for those of us who don't get a lot of sun. Not sure what the current recommended dose is (different authorities have different opinions between 500 and 5000iu) but 1000iu is a good compromise especially during summer.

Bought these vitamin pills they have worked miracles on my hubby. He was short bald and skinny nasty! Now he is 6 inches taller with thick black hair flowing down his back. Downside is he has developed spots on his rear end nevertheless it has give me something to do I squeeze them daily love it. Would recommend vitamins to everyone.

They are cheap, but they taste foul! For my kids, I'll pay a little more and get tasty ones in future.

Seems to be working . My wife had an op for carpal tunnel two years ago and the pain was starting to come back in her wrist , but is getting better since she started taking vitamin k2 and vitamin 3D
