I bought 1 of these, 3 years ago, and still going strong after several chargers. I use one for hiking, I always take a powerbank, but I have never needed to charge my torch or there head torches. They are so bright, like a cars headlight on full beam. I recently purchased another of these, but now they are usb-c and even have a waterproof cover to cover the ports on most of there lamps. I can't fault this company. Customer service is bang on too. I have been out in pouring down rain and they still work. I have petzl, black diamond. You're only paying for there name. They need to step up a few gears to catch up with Blukar. I can't speak highly enough about this company. I have been stopped so many times while out walking, not just in the UK. I left the light on for a full 30hrs on dim, and it was still working. That is very impressive. You can change the angle of the light as it's stated, so there is no need bend your head down. Especially if your walking on rocky ground or unstable groundDifferent zones and brightness with a red light. I am in a hiking group. All were very impressed. I have a petzl and black diamond that cost me over £100, that died before the Blukar did. The Blukar charged quicker that the petzl and black diamond too. So another bonus.. I have been out in some downpours and this has held up to all the elements. Very happy. They say you pay for what you get. Well this was about £13. I will be buying more for this price. They never seem to die. Very comfortable fit and you forget it is on your head. I mountain bike too. Strapped on to my helmet no problem. I was worried it would come off so a couple of cheap straps to keep it in place, and it was great. If you have a petzl or black diamond. Try one of these. You will never but either again

This thing is amazing. Excellent quality and functionality. I’ve bought one for the whole family to keep in their cars and have a couple in the house too. I spend a lot of time on boats and this headtorch is pretty good when wet. It never fails me. It is very bright, has a red light option as well. Just buy one/some, they are really good value for money and perform well.

Ideal little very bright torch, handy for hands free jobs about the house or on the car, where that bit extra light is required. Not too bulky, handy on off function with a wave of your hand. Good torch for the price, I would definitely recommend this torch.

Really bright on high and still bright enough on the lower setting. Comfortable strap and ability to direct it at increments from horizontal down to almost lighting your feet makes it really useful for all sorts of jobs/activities. Lightweight and battery seems good enough to last for all but the most extreme hikes, however easy and quick to charge (mains, powerbank), if u do run it flat. (Also cheap enough to buy 2 to have spare with you!)

Good build quality and decent protection against rain or humidity. Battery lasts well (not as long as some mention here but surely enough to get you through one night or perhaps 2) and the price is unbeatable.2 levels of brightness and one red light mode, all work as expected and the automatic mode with motion detection is a bonus. I will add that while that is turned on, the blue light that comes on to indicate motion detection can also be used as a mini light in complete darkness. Weight wise it's moderately light and comfortable to wear with the headband included.I ordered 2 and pleased with the purchase.
