Did my reviews on chalk and found a YouTube video on TAOM, so I tested the theory. I chalked up for the first time and shot 12 times before miscuing and needing to re-chalk. Compared to masters, which was about 8. I’m so used to using more well known bar style chalks that I chalk up regularly and religiously. I love that there isn’t a lot of staining and transferring on my tips/felt and it does make my shots cleaner and more precise for where I want the cue ball to shoot. I’m a regular league player and just competed in a state tournament. My wife got me my first TAOM chalk around October, which was pink (doesn’t sound manly, but I’m a girl dad.. what can I say) and our personal table is red felted and it still has months of life left even though I gave it to my wife to put in her bag. She got me the green because most of the tables I play are green felted. These chalks have a much longer life span than any other chalk I’ve used, including predators. Even for somebody like me who pretty much chalks up before every shot even though it’s not necessary for this chalk. All in all, I’m very pleased with TAOM chalk!
