Great gift !
Got this for my partner because he wanted a new machine & he saw this in store but for about $20-30 more than shown on Amazon. He checked out Sally’s too & same thing since they don’t price match we got it off of Amazon & he hasn’t had any issues at all with the trimmers, great quality, very sharp, good weight to it & doesn’t overheat

Disgusting used product full of hair and oil.
The media could not be loaded. I ordered the Andis T-outliner GTX. I received the product heavily used full of someone else’s hair and drenched in oil. I ordered a new outliner not a used one but even if it was used the least they could’ve done was clean and refurbish it. Seriously disgusting, disrespectful, and hazardous. I was forced to return them for a refund. A serious disappointment from what was supposed to be the producer of the industry standard clipper. Two thumbs down on this product..

Love this product
Love this product. I use it for balding my head on a weekly basis. It doesn’t cause razor bumps or in grow hair.

Not worth it
I've been a user of the grey model for years. It recently reached it's demise after a short distance fall. After my two minute in depth research, I came to the confusion this model was an absolute upgrade. The box arrived opened, though all items seemed new and untouched. During my first use, the clipper's shiny blade pulled out more hairs than it trimmed. It also got as hot, as quickly as the grey model. I ended up switching the blade to the cheaper T-Blade. Upon taking it apart I saw nothing different between models. It worked better cutting my course hair. Not really worth the price unless you really want the a black model with 4 clips accessories.

Excellent Product
Light trimming noise. Clean on my skin and hair. Very sharp on my edges. Cuts very clean and fast. Very detailed. Not difficult to shape my beard and mustache with it.I definitely recommend. Worth the price.
