Yes, this can be painted on any wood whatsoever. Best of luck, might be an idea to use a roller on the flat surfaces and a small brush on the sides.

Q: Can you lighten up darker paint

I had sage green on the greenhouse and covered it with willow successfully. I don’t know if it would cover a much darker colour however.
