Hi Tomtom, Thanks for your question on Amazon. The Age Defence Moisturiser is a replacement of the Anti-Ageing Moisturiser. This new and improved formulation has been proven to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles after 4 weeks. it has been specially formulated to brighten the complexion, hydrate the skin and leave it feeling smooth and nourished. Containing an antioxidant complex of Rosemary, Echinacea and Vitamin E, our new formulation contains a unique blend of 6 essential oils; a contemporary and modern blend of fresh citrus, patchouli and woods. Citrus top notes of Bergamot and Bitter Orange are layered over Myrrh and Copaiba with base notes of Patchouli and Gurjun. As with all Bulldog products, our Age Defence Moisturiser is purpose built for men containing natural ingredients and certified by Cruelty Free International.

On some tubes yes but mostly they have a seal. Shouldn't worry too much they are a good product imo. You only need a small amount each time and make sure you cut the tube towards the end as it leaves a lot of cream untouched inside that you can't get at by squeezing.
